While OCI is a for profit consulting company, through our social entrepreneurial business model, we are also very passionate about volunteering and being active in our community. For the past 15 years OCI Group has had the opportunity to work with the youth of San Antonio in various capacities. The `Our Community`s Young Leaders` section featured on our website will recognize the hard work and dedication of these youth to the future of their leadership development as well as highlight the imprint and legacy they are leaving on our global community.

NHI Celebración 2010 Makes World History
November 18-21, 2010, 800 youth from across the U.S. and Latin America convened in San Antonio, TX for this eighth year of Celebración—the largest group of young leaders in the history of the National Hispanic Institute. It was a true celebration of our best, our brightest and most valued assets!
